Mark Dutra, Partner, is a graduate of CSU, Fresno (B.A.) & Fresno Pacific University (M.A.), Mark brings 37 years of leadership experience as an Athletic and Activities Director; and as a site Administrator/Principal at the middle school, high school and adult school levels. Mark has expertise in all areas of Student Services (SPED, SARB, parent involvement, Counseling, Foster/Homeless, Suspensions/Expulsions, Restorative Justice, RtI, Testing). Mark’s knowledge working with staff in curriculum development and delivery, the implementation and process of developing Professional Learning Communities, along with schedule building and student finance are widely known. Lastly, Mark has worked with numerous sites (staff and students) in the methods of teamwork and leadership development and creating positive campus culture/ climate.
Shawn Beck is a graduate of CSU, Fresno with both his B.A and M.A. Shawn brings 31 years of experience in the field of education. Shawn was a Third through Eighth Grade Teacher in both self-contained and departmentalized settings, Association President, Athletic Director and Coach, and a site Administrator/Principal at the middle school and elementary school levels. In addition, Shawn was an Elementary School Board Trustee for sixteen years, where he was involved with new school construction, Superintendent Evaluations, and district governing. Shawn has expertise in all areas of Student Services including Special Education, SARB, parent involvement, Counseling, Suspensions/Expulsions, Restorative Justice, RtI, and Testing. Lastly, Shawn’s experience with classroom management, positive campus culture/ climate, and student-staff-parent relations brings a diversified approach to the needs of any district.
